Monthly rents are collected on time and deposited daily into a Real Estate Trust Account. Late fees are strictly enforced.
We maintain accurate records, with easy-to-read monthly reports which are sent out to owners by way of email or U.S. mail.
We promptly remit payment for all monthly billings, such as utilities, gardeners, mortgage payments, taxes and insurance.
We send you the current month's rent payment at the end of each month.
Yearly financial reports sent with owners 1099's.

Maintenance & Property Inspections:
A move-in inspection is performed when tenants move-in to a unit. A move-in checklist is provided noting the condition of the property, and is signed by both the resident and staff member. A move-out checklist is also completed with the staff member prior to move-out to give the tenant chance to perform any needed repairs. A final inspection is performed after tenant returns keys.
Depending on the type of unit, we may inspect every few months.
With our own in-house maintenance crew at a much cheaper cost than other companies, we strive to keep your expenditures to a minimum.
